Ingredients
- 1 Large Onion
- 1/2 tspn size Ginger Root
- 8-12 cloves of Garlic
- 1/2 cup Green Onions chopped
- 1 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 cup Gochujang (Korean Red Pepper Paste)
- 1/2 cup Gochugaru (Korean Red Pepper Flake)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Corn Syrup (or Honey)
- 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1 tspn Sesame Oil
Directions
- Using a food processor or a blender, roughly blend the onion, ginger, and garlic
- In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together until mixed well
- Let sit 30 minutes
- Use to marinate pork, chicken, pheasants, fish, mushrooms, etc.
- To use as a sauce, simmer on low until the sugar is completely dissolved.
